ALERT: Stop Biden Workplace Abortion Accomodations

ALERT: Stop Biden Workplace Abortion Accomodations

The ‘Pregnant Workers Fairness Act’ was passed by the U.S. Congress last year with the stated purpose of protecting pregnant women from discrimination in the workplace.

At the time, congressional sponsors promised that the law would not require employers to provide employees paid leave for abortion—but the Biden administration had other plans.

Despite clear legislative intent, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is twisting the new law to mandate “reasonable abortion accommodations” in the workplace.

Here’s the good news: This proposed rule has not yet gone into effect. Under federal regulatory procedure, members of the public may submit comments until October 10th—and these comments can be used to stop, delay, or challenge the rule.

Use our Action Center to submit your comment telling the Biden administration that you do not want workplace abortion accommodations forced on employers!
