WATCH: Idaho built on biblical foundations!

Christian conservatives rightly cherish the U.S. Constitution. Put simply, the biblical worldview of the founders shaped the creation of the most just and enduring system of constitutional governance and ordered liberty that the world has ever seen.

As President John Adams explained: “The general principles on which the [founding] fathers achieved independence were . . . the general principles of Christianity.” Or as Samuel Adams declared: “The only true basis for all government [is] the laws of God and nature.”

But with all the attention paid to the American founding, many Idaho Christians have never thought to study our state founding. As a result, they don’t know that the same biblical worldview also served as the foundation for our state government.

IFPC President Blaine Conzatti regularly speaks to audiences across our state about the biblical foundations of the Idaho constitutional system of government, including just a couple of weeks ago at our Biblical Activism Bootcamp in Coeur d’Alene.

Do you want to learn about the Idaho founding? Here’s a video of Blaine’s presentation, “Biblical Foundations: The Christian Founding of Idaho,” from our Bootcamp last month:

It’s our prayer that as you learn about the Idaho founding, you’ll rediscover the forgotten Christian founding of Idaho—and that you’ll renew your commitment to preserving this heritage so that we can pass the torch of liberty on to the rising generation.
