Caleb Pirc

Caleb went to law school to develop the skills to fight for the people, culture, and heritage of his homeland—Idaho—and now continues that vision, fighting for a better Idaho for his family and children’s future.

Focusing on constitutional law, Caleb received his Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law. After graduation, Caleb served as a Deputy Attorney General in the Civil Litigation and Constitutional Defense Division of the Idaho Office of the Attorney General, where he helped defend the constitutionality of Idaho’s laws, including prolife laws such as the Heartbeat law which was researched, drafted, and championed by the Idaho Family Policy Center. He is a Blackstone Fellow with Alliance Defending Freedom, a Claremont Institute John Marshall Fellow, and a Cicero Institute Law and Policy Fellow. His work has been published in the Regent University Law Review and the Grove City Journal of Law and Public Policy.

Before law school, Caleb grew up in Idaho, built a sheep business selling breeding stock across the country, worked in Idaho politics, and graduated from Liberty University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration: Entrepreneurship. He previously was a candidate for the Idaho House of Representatives and interned for U.S. Congressman Russ Fulcher and Idaho Representative Sage Dixon.
