Israel has worked in the oil and gas, retail, and real estate development industries over the past 32 years. In addition to serving as an elder in his church and as a board member for New Saint Andrews College, Israel is also a co-founder and owner of several businesses, including Taurex Drill Bits, Riptide Energy Solutions, and Snake River Capital. He and his wife Susan have been married for 32 years, and they have seven children and twelve grandchildren.
