Matthew is passionate about building bridges between churches, leaders, and the public square to advance the Lordship of Jesus Christ over every area of life. Born and raised in Southeastern Washington, Matthew stepped into ministry in 2010, serving as a lead pastor and church planter in California, Washington State, and Texas before God stirred a deeper calling to see biblical truth shape culture and policy.
He is an alumnus of Washington State University (Bachelor’s in Psychology) and Liberty University (Master of Christian Ministry and Doctor of Ministry in Evangelism and Church Planting). Matthew has been married to Krystal, the love of his life, for nearly 26 years, and they are incredibly proud of their beautiful 25-year-old daughter, who brings so much joy to their family.
Above all, Matthew loves Jesus and is grateful every day for His grace. In his free time, he enjoys getting outdoors—especially with his dogs—and cheering on all things Seattle sports. He’s excited to partner with faithful believers across Idaho to strengthen families, protect life, and disciple the next generation for Christ’s glory.
