By now, you’ve probably heard that dozens of pro-life activists have been thrown in prison by Biden’s Department of Justice.

These pro-life activists are being prosecuted under the FACE Act for simple actions like:

• Praying and singing hymns at abortion businesses;
• Ministering to clinic escorts and abortion-minded women; and
• Peacefully standing in front of the abortion mill doors.

The Freedom of Access to Clinics (FACE) Act is a federal law that was signed by President Clinton in 1994. Since then, this little known federal law has been unjustly and unconstitutionally weaponized against those seeking to defend preborn life.

On his TBN show, Gov. Mike Huckabee covered one recent case where a Tennessee pro-life activist was arrested at his home – in front of his wife and eleven kids – by FBI agents donning full SWAT gear.

What was his crime? Peacefully praying in front of an abortion mill—an act of “civil disobedience.” He now faces up to eleven years in federal prison.

As the video of the early morning arrest played in the background, Gov. Huckabee told his audience, “This is shocking. This should never happen in the United States of America. If we don’t help him, then we’re next.”

He’s right. But here’s the kicker: The Biden Administration knows that by using the FACE Act to arrest and silence pro-life prayer warriors, they can impede, if not halt altogether, pro-life efforts aimed at saving both mothers and babies from abortion violence.

We can’t let the Biden administration continue their witch hunt against peaceful pro-lifers. 

Send a message asking Rep. Russ Fulcher, Rep. Mike Simpson, Sen. Jim Risch, and Sen. Mike Crapo to end this politically motivated persecution by supporting federal legislation that would repeal the FACE Act.
