BREAKING NEWS: IFPC Legal Center is officially launched!

HUGE announcement: We’ve finally launched the IFPC Legal Center!

Last year, I told you about our ambitious plans to launch the first state-based conservative Christian legal center in Idaho.

This is groundbreaking news for the legal movement here in the Gem State. As all of us know, our opposition doesn’t take days off from attacking our values—and this is especially true in our judicial system, where the progressive left has increasingly weaponized lawfare to target people like YOU for their beliefs.

To address this unmet need, we’ve commissioned IFPC Legal Center, a new initiative of Idaho Family Policy Center, to bring conservative Christian bona fides into the legal fight—delivering top-notch and state-specific legal expertise that Idahoans can’t find anywhere else:

  1. Providing pro-bono legal representation to individuals, parents, and ministries whose constitutional rights have been violated
  2. Offering patient advocacy to vulnerable patients and their families whose medical rights are under attack
  3. Supplying model policies and legal assistance to school boards, city officials, and other elected officials

We’ll provide some exciting updates over the next few weeks—so stay tuned. But in the meantime, I’m excited to share the first of many additions to the IFPC Legal Center’s all-star team:

  • Kevin Shupperd (Senior Litigating Attorney): Kevin is a Liberty University School of Law graduate who interned for former Chief Justice Eismann of the Idaho Supreme Court and clerked for Judge Brown of the Sixth Judicial District in Caribou County, Idaho. He has extensive litigation experience throughout Idaho handling several different cases.
  • Lili Pirc (Associate Attorney): Lili is a Regent Law graduate who has helped author briefs before the US Supreme Court and numerous other state and federal courts. She also has helped prepare advocates for an oral argument at the US Supreme Court. Her work in constitutional litigation has included the right to life, religious liberty, free speech, the right to bear arms, and administrative law.
  • Theo Wold (Senior Advisor for Litigation): Theodore Wold was the Solicitor General of Idaho, a position he held from January 2022 through November 2023. Previously, Wold served as the Acting-Assistant Attorney General in the Office of Legal Policy at the Department of Justice and Deputy Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy under President Donald Trump. Wold holds a B.A. from Georgetown University, where he studied government and English; an M. Litt. from the University of St. Andrews, where he studied English literature; and a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.

Again, this marks a historic moment for the conservative Christian legal movement. But we can’t do it without your help.

Will you prayerfully consider partnering with the IFPC Legal Center and Idaho Family Policy Center on this historic initiative? Your tax-deductible gift will make sure we’re able to defend families, ministries, and public officials who need state-specific expertise and legal services—free of charge.

Together, we’re building an Idaho where God is honored, religious freedom flourishes, families thrive, and life is cherished—one client and one courtroom at a time.
