IFPC Legal Center files discrimination charges to protect the religious freedom of North Idaho veteran!

It’s June again—which means corporations everywhere are putting out rainbow logos and forcing their employees to go along with the LGBT agenda.

Many people in the workforce unthinkingly acquiesce to these demands. But one courageous worker in North Idaho stood firmly on his Christian convictions—and was fired for it.

The law protects people from that kind of religious discrimination, and the IFPC Legal Center is here to hold accountable those who discriminate against Christians for their beliefs.

That’s why we just filed charges of religious discrimination on behalf of our client, Adam Hahn.

Adam is an U.S. Army veteran who served twenty-two years and five combat tours in the Middle East—and after he retired to civilian life, he worked for a manufacturing plant in North Idaho.

He loved his job. But one day, a male coworker demanded other employees call him by a female name and “preferred pronouns.”

Adam knew he couldn’t give in to the pressure and lie about the truth that God makes every person male or female.

He asked his employer for a religious accommodation, but he was told he had to use “they/them” pronouns.

To make matters worse, when Adam told his employees about the company’s new pronoun policy and shared the process for them to request a religious accommodation, HR wrote him up for sharing his “religious” beliefs—and ultimately, they fired him.

That’s a violation of multiple state and federal laws that protect people like Adam from retaliation in the workplace.

Now, the IFPC Legal Center has filed charges with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Idaho Human Rights Commission, and the National Labor Relations Board asking them to look at Adam’s case.

If they don’t—we’ll sue in court.

Employees show up to work to do their jobs—not to have a woke agenda crammed down their throats. We will keep fighting for Adam and for other Christians who are discriminated against just for living faithfully in the workplace.
