Huge news: Gov. Brad Little has signed the Children’s School and Library Protection Act, finally addressing the widespread library porn issue in a meaningful way!
Over the last week, more than 3,000 Idahoans like YOU used the IFPC Action Center to send emails and make phone calls urging the governor to sign House Bill 710.
When the new law goes into effect this summer, public schools and community libraries will be required to restrict children’s access to pornographic materials in their collections.
We can’t overstate the importance of this victory—and we couldn’t have done it without the thousands of YOU who stepped into the gap to exercise biblical citizenship!
We will keep you updated on the next steps—but today we celebrate!
Without your support, the Children’s School and Library Protection Act – which was originally researched and drafted by Idaho Family Policy Center – wouldn’t be law today.
Would you prayerfully consider giving $35, $125, or $250 so that IFPC can continue promoting God-honoring public policy at the statehouse? Together we will build an Idaho where God is honored, religious freedom flourishes, families thrive, and life is cherished!
I’d also like to recognize Sen. Cindy Carlson (R-Riggins), Sen. Chuck Winder (R-Meridian), Rep. Mike Moyle (R-Star), and Rep. Jaron Crane (R-Nampa) for sponsoring this crucial legislation!
